Pine Grove Blues lyrics and music are in Ye Taille, Chere. It should be easy to transcribe them to the key of your instrument and then to tabs. Box Lesson has the note accordion key chart on it.

Can you please provide a link to Ye Taille Chere? I am not familiar with this one, and searches turn up so many different spellings and sites and I cannot interpret.

Box Lesson is Big Nick's website. www.bignick.net/BOXLESSONS/
The right hand keyboard is decoded for a C accordion under Lacassine tab, scale decoded. To write the tab correctly from sheet music the music must be in the key of C (for this example.) Ye Yaille Chere is a book and the version in the book is in the key of D. First transpose it and then decode it to tabs. Very laborious but if that's what works for you just do it.
