Thanks for the link. Together with the recordings recommended before, it looks like I have to save up for a couple of cds.

I wrote my question before after going back to listening to the recordings of Bee and Freeman Fontenot on the cd "Les haricots sont pas sales." I just about wore that one out back in the 1990s and this time I kept it in the stereo for a solid week ... it's still nearby. I don't remember if anyone mentioned the Rounder LP record "Zodico" with great playing by the Carriere brothers etc. Lately I have been listening to that too at times when I would usually listen to blues and jump swing.
