Lyrics for Lake Charles Waltz?

Would anyone have the lyrics for this song? What is the French title? La Valse de Lake Charles I presume?

On the second link I found the french title.
La Valse De Lac Charles
It's on the second record (CD) of the Freres Michot.
There's also a version of Harry Choates.
Unfortunately I can't find the lyrics (until now)
