You're right Wilfred.
It's from the Segura Brothers.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: multi row tablature system

Ah, ok. I didn't actually look at the document. The "Iberian" part threw me, as in "of Spain".

The name as listed on Neil's site, is "The New Iberia Polka".

How do you distinguish a push from a pull with that tablature? By looking at the left hand side?

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: multi row tablature system

everything underlined is push, enjoy the practice

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: multi row tablature system

well, tab just drives me wiggy, but I think I need help for multi-row when I don't have a video to look at.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: multi row tablature system

most of the two row musicbooks published in Holland
have a cd, so you can hear what`s going on.

Once you get to know how to use the system it`s easy.

p.s. did you try the bosco stomp B part on your yahoo group??

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: multi row tablature system

No, sorry, I haven't. I have to be "in the mood" for a certain song.

A couple of times, in jams I organize, someone comes of with the idea that everyone learn the same core set of songs. Never works. People have to be moved by a song to learn it, and their fingers have to be ready. Eventually, people's repertoires overlap enough that it starts working.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: multi row tablature system

that`s ok , not everyone is moved by the same songs.

if that was the case every band would have the same repertoire.
