Re: notation software

George,

I've got a MIDI Cajun-accordion score somewhere
on my WEB page (accordion lessons page) ..

I think it was for Lacassine special.

But, as Dwight had pointed out, any MIDI would
probably only describe the absolute bare-bones
version of a song.

Unless, someone comes up with a MIDI button box
that detects bellows direction :-)

Re: Re: notation software

Shoot, I'd be happy if I could detect bellows direction.

Re: Re: Re: notation software

Listen to the bass-side (frogs) in recordings to help you learn bellow push and draw.

The Cajun accordion is a "by-ear" and at times a "by beer" instrument.

Re: Re: Re: Re: notation software

And I've noticed that by-the-beer makes by-the-ear sound better, as long as you dont record it and listen to it the next day.

Re: Re: Re: Re: notation software

I was kidding. So unlike me.
