For those of us who love Cajun Music, but can't get it around where you live

One great source I've found is www.live365.com There is one station Bienvenue en Louisianne that has a great playlist. If its like the most of the bluegrass ones I practiced with, it will rotate on a 3 hr basis. These internet stations are a great resource for learning the music through ear training. I usually try to do a little recording of some of the cuts that interest me so I can practice with them. Also some KBON's playlist is real good also. Bruce

Also, just to feel like you're in Louisiana, you can listen to the Liberty Theater's "Rendevous des Cajuns" on krvs.org every Saturday night (3 a.m. Sunday mornign if you're in Moscow.... ). The schedule is available at http://www.eunice-la.com/libertyschedule.html You can also check KRVS' schedule on their site because they've also got some weekend programs of Cajun and Zydeco.
