Hello Braves!

The other night I was doing some jamming with a solo act,
that primarily plays acoustic blues guitar & blues harp.

I took bit of adjusting for us to put together a few two-steps.

But since then, it occurs to me that are probably hundreds of great
blues tunes that work well on Cajun Accordion.

Pine Grove Blues
Blues de Tic Tac
Blues de Bosco
Keep Your Hands Off Of It

To name a few.

Can any of you braves think of more classic Cajun blues tunes
that may be easy for a blues guitar player to cover in a jam?

Every now and then I hear a new to me song that I have to play over and over again. Right now it is a song on the Cajun Fais Do Do cd by the Breaux brothers called Breaux's Blues. Very haunting

The version of Paper In My Shoe by Nathan Abshire and the Balfa Brothers sounds bluesy to me.

Married Life sounds like the Delmore Brothers' Blues Stay Away from Me.

Lost Her in the Pines also goes by the name In the Pines.

Frankie and Johnny is more for the fiddlers but maybe it's playable on accordion.
