Re: dry tuning

George,

You haven't said what kind of accordeon is involved

Without a few details, giving an answer is difficult

What brand
what model
how many rows
how many buttons
how many reeds
how many stops
how many bass buttons
how many bass reeds
Is the box "just" tuned or tempered

As to what is "involved" going from "slightly wet"
.. what exactly do you mean by "slightly wet"

It is more difficult to tune an accordeon to true "dry" or unison tuning than to tune one "wet"

Dpending on where you are... this would determine recommendations unless you are not adversed to shipping

I will assume you are in the States
you can fudge wet you can't fudge unison
