Re: Re: Where to get accordion tuned?

I believe "Rose" was trained at the Red Wing Minnesota Accordeon School ??

"Master" always causes me to hesitate

as in "Master" luthier

according to whom

If it is the same Rose I recall sopme of her posts form the old Squeezenet going back 8-10 years

For my money

Go to Michael at dancemaster...

Or wait 8 months and go to the Button Box

Or ( oh what a brilliant idea) send it to Hohner in Virginia... yeah they might be able to tune a Hohner

Re: Re: Re: Where to get accordion tuned?

I Agree. Since the process is going to take a while, might as well send it back to the factory. John Fine was asking for a source within a reasonably short drive from Austin, hence the Rose. Would be best to call or e-mail Hohner, ship it and wait.
And what is so wrong with the self-inflicted title of "Master"? Works for everyone except bait fishermen.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Where to get accordion tuned?

Hadn't thought of just sending it to Hohner. Have no idea what it would cost, but I am sure they will do the best job.

Button Box is far too slow, not sure they are worth the money either.

Might do Irishdancemaster. His turnaround seems fairly short.

Thanks for the suggestions.
