Not sure yet, but bet boiled crawfish, gumbo, and cracklins (which requires a beer or two) are part of it. How about way up in the great white north?

Mike and I will be in Gatlinburg Tennessee on Easter Sunday ~ on our way to meet up with fellow Brave Darryl Green, of Adelaide Australia and his wife, Jan, in Nashville TN. Not sure just where we'll be eating in Gatlinburg ~ maybe at the Hard Rock Cafe there or perhaps (if it's open that day) at a REALLY GOOD fresh trout restaurant....

Hey Joanie, give 'em both a hug for me, and then ask them to give YOU a hug back for me. Then the next time I see either of you, I can collect all my hugs.

Will do, Jude! BTW ~ Darryl & Jan will be staying with our friends Ching & Ted in Eunice March 31st to approximately April 7th. Perhaps you, or other Braves in the area might meet up with them while they're there. Braves ~ Send me an email if you think you might be in or around Eunice during that time and would like to meet Darryl and Jan. I can provide with the phone number of where they'll be staying....

BTW ~ Darryl & Jan will also be staying with Brave Mark Sponer and HIS wife Jan (too) March 19th - 24th in Morrellton Arkansas.

endive, romaine and iceberg lettuce salad with sliced beet-soaked hard boiled eggs

corn macque choux

crawfish bisque

She said she would select a red and white wine.
