A message from the new management :-)

Bonjour!

First of all, thank you all for your enthusiastic welcomes!

As the new Forum Administrator I’m not planning
any big changes outside of a new header-photo
from time to time. The fact that the Forum has passed
the test of time is testament to its value as-is.

(Of course, feel free to email me with any suggestions
that you think would be beneficial.)

I can only aspire to approach the fine level of support that
JoanieBlon has consistently provided over the years.

Those of you who have read my past posts know that
I’m an ardent supporter of this Forum, and Cajun music.

The Forum provides a valuable service for all levels of
Cajun music and culture aficionados and has been operating
sans major lurkers for quite some time, which is great

I stand beside Gene Losey when he says:

“Let's all keep our posts clever, informative and clean
and encourage the lurkers to un-lurk.”

(And I know we will!)

And thanks again, JoanieBlon for having made this
Forum possible for so long!

Re: Re: A message from the new management :-)

Nick you will be a great manager I am sure but one suggestion if its possible when viewing the answers to a question can we bypass the pictures and all that other stuff and just view the answers? Not being up to date on this stuff I dont know if thats possible but it gets boring having to keep scrollin through everything we have seen for ages

Nice new pictures

Yes , Nick..I like the new pictures...
