There is something about the postal service here, I had some really nice tit'fer that were stolen somewhere in the post office, or rather the post oraface. And yes, you basically are powerless, don't expect them to settle much of anything.
It's funny my the carrier for my neighborhood can barely speak English(let alone read the Roman Alphabet) and never fails to mix up mail in my apartment building. Isn't there some sort of screening process?
