That's the only kind of rap I can take.
As a Cajun music (and all kinds of traditional musics) lover, and rap "hater", I must still confess that I enjoyed listening to that "new song".
They mix really well (to my ears at least). Both singers sound as if they were in the studio together.

About the other issue now, couldn't we then also say that many Cajun traditional musicians have been "stealing" music all their lives ? By mixing and recycling tunes and lyrics, changing titles, recording old traditional tunes learned from their parents, borrowing from another genre (like C&W), combining two different songs (like S. Riley sometimes does), etc. ? In that sense, aren't those guys true to tradition, using and adapting an old tune for a new generation ? And incidentally making them discover the rhythmic possibilities of the accordion.
