Back to Micing, again

OK, I see all these, looks like Shure Drum Mics, sticking through a piece of angled sheet metal and mounted in the center of the treble side, right between the 5 and the 7 buttons. A 3-pin mic cord completes the outfit. Who makes 'em. Please? I finally destroyed my Sennheuser gooseneck clip-on by steping on the cord and the mic way too many times. Kept falling off. I need a Durable Mic set-up. Tried the mic in front on a mic stand. Only good if your sitting down all the time. Also, I keep bumping it and makeing a lot of noise.
I need help.
