Cajun Song Verse Translation

I've been writing new material for our CD and I've composed an, as yet , un-named Waltz ,which needs a Cajun verse .
Over here in Australia we do Cajun/Creole material with English and French verses within the song....and we've found that blend is very successful at gigs.

So..could anyone help me with a Cajun French version of this verse...my French is not good enough for translation purposes.
( BTW,,have you ever known time to fly so fast when you're doing a recording session ? )

We’re going to sail into uncharted waters,

Rising seas and seas of tranquility,

Oh darling, let’s sail across that ocean

Let’s sail across that sea.
