Cajun / Creole Jam Camp in Michigan

Joe Hall - 3 Day Camp (Aug 4,5,6) in Michigan.

Mitch Reed (of BeauSoleil avec Michael Doucet), will be teaching with Joe Hall and performing with Joe Hall's band at the Three-day Cajun/Zydeco Jam Camp in Manchester MI. The Camp is Aug 4,5,6 in association with the Riverfolk Festival (Aug 6-7).

Mitch plays bass and fiddle, has studied with legendary Cajun & Creole musicians. This is a rare opportunity.

Camp tuition 200. Includes meals, tshirt, songbook. Housing extra (hotels).

i will go one step further and say that not only is mitch a first class fiddler, he is a SUPERB teacher. i would say that i learned how to play Cajun fiddle from mitch reed. he is the best i have learned from.

Mitch also did a great job with all the music he made with Tasso, Mamou Prairie Band, Charivari,........ and a lot more.
He does a lot for the traditional way of playing Cajun Music.
