Not so Jolie Blonde

Guess I'll be first to throw stones at. Couldn't get embedding to work. Link #2.

Re: Not so Jolie Blonde

Forgot to say, Swallow C accordion

Re: Not so Jolie Blonde

Sounds great Bryan, good timing.I haven't been able to get in to the tune yet.I never really listened to it much in the past.Is there a fast version. To embed, click on embed, than old embed, and copy.

Re: Not so Jolie Blonde

GREAT version, Bryan. You've got your own style, and I really like it. Many times when I watch people's versions of songs on Youtube, I'll only watch about half of the video; I watched yours 4 times through!

Excellent first post! Who's next?

Re: Not so Jolie Blonde

Bryan a very nice version of Jolie Blon and great salesmanship on featuring that Swallow that you are trying to sell. Nice work

Re: Not so Jolie Blonde

Well thank you Mr Randy4u. And the blonde Swallow was already sold. Just one last run. And it's the only C in my house for now.

Pat, the embedding just wasn't working for me at the time, neither was the edit. Not sure if it was on my end or a temporary thing.

Re: Not so Jolie Blonde

Really nice Nick,I love the feel of it,real bluesy

Re: Not so Jolie Blonde

Just got a new webcam and thought I'd give this uploading thing a try. Might want to turn down the volume though, haven't quite got that sound thing worked out yet.

Re: Not so Jolie Blonde

Impressive version. Lots and lots of things going on!

Re: Not so Jolie Blonde

Well done, guys! Peer and Nick I know, but I haven't seen your playing before, Ehren; it's very good! Where you from, how long you been playing, what kind of accordion is that?

Re: Not so Jolie Blonde

I've been playing about 4 years on the cajun accordion now, but have been playing on diatonic accordions since I was 8. I grew up in Hermann, MO and live in Columbia, MO. I play in a cajun band called Swampweed, they are link #1.

I play an Acadian in C.

I think I'll try to catch up on the project now that I have a webcam to upload to youtube.

Could you remind me what were all songs you've covered?

Thanks!

Re: Not so Jolie Blonde

You mean you're going to do all the songs we did in the Project? Cool! Glad to see you back here.

Re: Not so Jolie Blonde

Nice work Ehren nice to see you back on here. Will see you in Mo. in July. By the way congrats on the new addition to the family.
