Since it really doesn't matter to me so long i'm catching them. But the best place that I like is Lake Sam Rayburn in texas. That is a really supper clean lake and is very large,and has alot of fish. Sam Rayburn has a lot of places to camp at. Then I like lake Conroe, lake Whitney, all in texas.

When i get the chance to fish i like fishing a eagle lake in texas. This lake has alot of catfish and bass in it.

I read in our local news paper that officials where saying not to swim, drink, fish or get into the water at Lake Houston, San Jacinto river and surrounding creeks and run offs in Porter and New Caney Tx. They sad that the water has a very bad virus in it.

I put in at April Sounds in Conroe Tx. today and had really good luck catching crappie. They were above average size. About 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. I was catching them on shinners............

we went to eagle lake and caught white bass. good size fish.......going back next weekend.

jack you should have gone to lake livingston. caught alot of catfish and stripers..all good size. caught them on shinners and cut shed. the wind was high but we found a cubby hole and had good luck there.

done some fishing this morning. went to the river at lake houston and caught a boat load of catfish. used fresh cut shed. gone back this afternoon and did really great, using fresh cut shed.

A guy is 75 years old and loves to fish and play golf.

He was sitting in his boat the other day when he heard a voice say, 'Pick me up.'

He looked around and couldn't see any one. He thought he was dreaming when he heard the voice say again, 'Pick me up.' He looked in the water and there, floating on the top, was a frog.

The man said, 'Are you talking to me?'

The frog said, 'Yes, I'm talking to you. Pick me up. Then, kiss me and I'll turn into the most beautiful woman you have ever seen .. I'll make sure that all your friends are envious and jealous because I will be your bride!'

The man looked at the frog for a short time, reached over, picked it up carefully, and placed it in his front shirt pocket.

Then the frog said, 'What, are you nuts? Didn't you hear what I said? I said kiss me and I will be your beautiful bride.'

He opened his pocket, looked at the frog and said,

'Nah, at my age I'd rather have a talking frog.'
