computer problem (can someone answer a question)

Maybe someone one can help me on my computer problem. I have forgotten my password on my computer and I also forgot where I written it down at. Now it wont let me get on. What can I do to find it?

What i would do is start a new user name and password. go to the store and buy you a notebook and write down your user and password down each time you get a new site.........hope that helps
