Victor was extraordinary in "My Gal Sal." I had no idea he could play the piano so very well! The movie matched Victor sticking up for the little guy who got shafted, since it was about Paul Dresser, who wrote a great song that someone ripped off him. I know the feeling. I had a script stolen from me that became a major motion picture because, like Paul Dresser, I did not copyright it.
