I would like to thank all of you who constructed and are a part of this website. I was doing research for my father, Carlos J. Lozada, 5th/60th HHC 4.2 Mortar Platoon from 11/67-11/68,when I came across this site. I looked through the entire site and I found the rosters section. I immediately called my father and told him about the site. I asked him if he remembered any names of the guys he served with and he could only remember one full name, Dennis Chancler. I found and spoke with Mr. Chancler today. Just one day after getting on this website. WOW!! After speaking with Mr. Chancler, I called my father and gave him the good news. This is just amazing!!! I respect and commend all of you who served in the Armed Forces, and especially in the 5th/60th. I was born when my father was in Vietnam. He did not see until I six months old. So it is very gratifying for me that he is still here. I plan on taking him to the reunion in Indiana. Hopefully by then, we can contact others who served with him and you guys can reunite again.
