Holy. Can't believe I stumbled on this. Your stories are amazing. I also grew up in westburn on Mitchell avenue. Used to go to bushyhill school. The burn behind my house, the fields, the "big swing" at the top of the hill. Endless amounts of "dokeys". Gone for the whole day wandering all over the place. My neighbours at the time were the Lloyd's, cornfields, carpies, Donaldson, hogg. Anyone know???
