Does anyone remember the Cricketers Arms in Greenwaybush lane?

My grandmother lived at no 84 on the 'Sunnybank'. I think there was the pub and the house next door shown in the picture on this website.
The Pub was totally destroyed in the war and I think the house next was pulled down and my gran's house made good as it was now an end terrace house so had a new wall built.

Not sure if my gran worked in this pub but she was the licensee at the Ship on Launch in Partition street in 1937. Also interested in any information on Ship on Launch or why it closed.
