I ordered a special POW bracelet (for Dr. Vietti, the only female still listed as POW from the Vietnam War) from here. Jen probably has a list of other places for purchases, but I recommend Heart of Illinois.

During the first Gulf War I was in high school in San Antonio, TX, a VERY Air Force town. Lots of us went down to the base and had bracelets made with the names of friends we had who were in the Gulf. I'm now stationed at a remote location (no base nearby) but a bunch of us would like to have bracelets made with the names of either friends in Iraq or current POW's. Anybody know of a manufacturer who might be able to make these?

Yes, you can go to www.thebattlezone.com and you have a choice of what you want you can either have a custom bracelet or a current... I hope this helps.
