An adult community in New Jersey near Trenton (Evergreen in Hamilton) has banned the flying of the POW flag unless the Army vetrean pays the association's lawyer $1,000.

There will be a protest on Monday August 4, 2003 at their association board meeting.

It is roughly at Exit 7A of the NJ TPK, Exit 5 of I-195 or just off Route 130 where it intersects Route 33.
