NOTE: On June 18th, 2008, Sony BMG/ Legacy Recordings released the long awaited reissue of Dennis Wilson's masterwork, the acclaimed 1977 solo album Pacific Ocean Blue. Aside from a brief CD release in 1992, this is the first time this album has been widely available to the public since it's first appearance. Included in this release is a second disc packed with previously unreleased material from sessions leading up to a second solo album, tentatively titled BAMBU.

Beach Boys An American Family

I am watching this movie right now and i have 4 questions

1 in the 60's Mike Love and Dennis Wilson Surfed and hanged out together but i do not understand why they hated each other in 1976 and through the early 70's

2 In the movie why did Dennis have a Girlfriend named Debra and in real life he was married to Carol and had 2 kids.

3 Why did Brian write surf city and gave the song to Jan and Dean and not give the song to the Beach Boys

4 Why did Murry Wilson create Sea of tunes and keep all the money?

You believe everything they do in a movie? For example, it's news to me that Mike Love ever surfed. If you're really interested in the right answers and be entertained for more than 2 minutes, seek out books by David Leaf and Jon Stebbins on the topic. You won't regret it.
