Creating a War Dog Memorial

I would like to have a War Dog Memorial dedicated for Veterans Memorial Park, Albuquerque, NM. I've spoken to the Board Chairperson and she thinks it's a wonderful idea. She's already chosen a site on the
"Walk of Honor".
I would appreciate guidance in a fruitful direction.
