Since the sucessfull landing on Titan from the information gathered would it be possible to create what planets smell like, although the atmosphere is not breathable? |

The lectures at the Kuiper were excellent. We have been following progress via internet but found personal sharing of information to be most enjoyable. Congratulations to the teams. |

I've been a space enthusiast for 40 years. Spotted Titan in my first homemade telescope at 16. I never dreamed back then that four decades hence, I would see Titan's surface. Marvelous! It was worth the wait! Thanks! |

Stayed up all night watching NASA TV and the landing. Wonderful pictures of another world! Glad it all worked out and that your instrument and all the hard work of everyone has paid off in spades! I suppose that it's a shame that only half the pictures were obtained. What did mankind lose in the 350 images that were lost? I hope that there are many jewels to come in your analysis of the data sets you do have. Best wishes and hopefully, your team will be at the forefront of a new package to Titan and beyond! Sincerely, John |

Another great hit of international collaboration from the two atlantic sides. Less competition and more collaboration between NASA and ESA ... and thanks for making possible to all of us travelling through other worlds! |

Was looking up information about the instrumentation and how it was protected during the transit to Titan and then down to the surface. Magnificant achievement. |

I showed my daughter (age 5): ``See! This is from Titan -- it's orangey-brown. Mars is reddish brown.'' My God! I never grew up like this! My generation dreamed about this. Her generation gets to see it ... I just grin like an idiot when I see these pictures -- any pictures, in fact -- that show a _real_ view of stuff in our solar system. I love sci-fi, but this stuff -- it's waaayyy better! Congratulations on such a long-awaited pay-off. |
