Ergonomics are vastly different. It's more than just avoiding flats are sharps.

What's the secret to playing this tune? Muscles and tendons of a teenager? The notes played look doable, but the rat-a-tat-tat is escaping me. I tend to have a problem with repetitively hitting the same button/s, like muscle fatigue, and mental fatigue too.
