Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz, a lifelong Democrat, has been getting a lot of backlash for downplaying some claims from the left that President Trump committed obstruction of justice.
He said this morning that it all comes down to the rule of law and the American justice system cannot be an "accordion" that expands to target a political adversary.
