In the recorded version (linked below), which is one of my favorites, he sings "Nous avons qu'un temps a vivre..." Which is essentially, "Nous n'avons qu'un temps a vivre...".. which is in english, "We only have one time to live". In the live version it sounds like "Nous avons z'un temps..." which is basically the same thing. Anyways, great song.
