Lyrics to La Reve De Soulard (Octa Clark Version)

Looking for lyrics to Octa Clark's version of La Reve De Soulard. First verse is pretty similar to most versions I've found on Cajun Lyrics website, but the second verse is different. Any help figuring that verse out would be much appreciated. Merci beaucoup a tous!

Re: Lyrics to La Reve De Soulard (Octa Clark Version)

It's not 100% but maybe it'll put you on the right path:

Hier au soir, j'ai arrivé à la maison
J'ai cogné, j'ai crié, j'ai été à ma porte
Y a personne qu'a pas venu ici me joindre
Mais quel espoir, quel avenir, moi j'peux avoir

Tu connais, oui, ma chere 'tite fille
J'ai jamais été bon, ça, toute ma vie
J'ai tout l'temps été un grand gambleur,
Un bambocheur, comme si j'connais ça c'est pas bon

That's very good :-)
In the yellow book is a version of Shorty LeBlanc.
Some little differences and the order of the sentences isn't the same.
Also take a look in the records(LP), but I only have lyrics of one included.
Of course the wrong one :-)
