Many thanks to everyone who called and emailed. My family and I are safe in Monroe, LA. Everybody's house was spared with the exception of my sister. Her home suffered some damage to a brick wall.
My uncle who lived in Cameron made it safely to Elton where he is contemplating buying property.
We all hope to be home soon, but it isn't looking good at this moment. Oct. 3rd was the hope, but I think it has been extended.
