How many accordions do I need?

Q) How many accordions do I need?

A) Just one more!

(Congrats on the new box by the way. I just bought the five string bass of my dreams a couple weeks ago. Always fun to have a new instrument)

Yo Dave!

Dave,

Yes, the equation to determine the proper number
of accordions to own is:

Proper_Quantity = (Current_Quantity + 1)

This is known as Ardion's Number and is not to
be confused with Avogadro's Number, 6.0221415 × 10^23.

(A little engineering humor there .. very little!)

Yes, having a new instrument makes rehearsing so
much more fun (at least until the smell of new glue,
bees wax and leather wears off).

Re: Hey David

It is a MusicMan Stingray 5. Don't know why I waited so long!

It replaces a Carvin LB75, which is a decent enough bass, but I out grew it. A friend summed up the Carvin stuff with the statement that they are not low end, but that they are at the low end of what is acceptable to a professional.

I may pass the Carvin down to my 12 year old daughter who is a pretty good bass player. She is definately going to stick with bass, and she might as well get going on a 5 string as soon as possible.

Re: A moment of weakness

WOW!! I thought your Clifton Chenier chop on the 120 base Baldoni was tops. I look forward to some jams.
