I would like a source for getting personal help. I am not grounded and fully unprotected. My go-to\'s are isolation and insulation (fat). I would love guidance on how to survive being an Empath. I have so many stressful things that I have to deal with (work, family member\'s health, my health, etc.) and cannot take on anyone else\'s \"stuff\". Please help me! |
