The book was awesome and I enjoyed the stories and the information about the wonderful handlers and their dogs. I am in charge of Hillside Acre Animal Cemetery that has MWD\'s interred at our cemetery. The stories and honor that these dogs deserve is something more people need to hear about. Thank you for all you do to promote these awesome dogs and their handlers.

My family\'s pet, Major was a RAF Police Patrol Dog and was in WWII and attached to the US Seventh Army which landed in Cannes, France on August 15th, 1944. I\'m looking for more information on his American handler and/or more information on Major. Major, on his return to Scotland lived a long life and passed at the age of 15 years. He was laid to rest in Edinburgh Castle where he was the last dog buried there and the only dog in the pet cemetery that actually saw active duty. Any information would be appreciated.

BASIL: I had Basil in spring of 1978. We went through Patrol School together. I was with the US Army out of Ft. Bragg. After Patrol Dog School they gave Basil to a Air Force person. Basil was razor sharp, the perfect K-9. I don\'t remember the ID that was put in his ear, but I would appreciate any info anyone can give about him and where he might be buried. I remember the SFC I had at K9 school if that might help (SFC Blessing).

Looking for any handler that handled a K-9 named Laddie.
Laddie graduated in late September 1979 from Lack and was shipped to the Army.
I trained Laddie for the 16 weeks and was trying to find out who may have handled him.
He was a natural at it except at heel he always had to have his shoulders out past your legs.
Brownish red and no I dont remember his tat # which is the 1 thing I was really looking for.
