Is there
Is there really such thing as a bad Accordion builder, as far as Hand made goes. And who would you all advise to watch out for. . . If it is safe to ask this question. And also is there anyone in this room that is From St. Martins Parish, La. Daniel

tuning
I read on one of the recent posts that after 50 hours of play on a new accordion, it should be returned to the builder to have the tuning tweeked. I own a MARTIN key of C box, with over 50 hours of playing time. Is this really necessary?

Another accordion
I have my Junior Martin now a few weeks and I'm getting used to it. I'm very glad that I have a Louisiana made one. I'm not the first player, but it plays very fine and it sound very good.

I have a Bon Cajun acordion that I bought from Larry Millar a few years ago - I have wrestled with it for a while now! It is in "C" - never been gigged, just played at home. Is there anyone interested/anywhere I can sell it??

Stamping your feet ??
After the dance issue, I really want to know when I'm have to put my feets on the ground while playing a waltz or a two step. I think that in a waltz the stamp is on 1 and 3. And in a two step on 1. I have seen it in many movies that they stamp on that number.

Can anyone hook me up with 10 Hohner HA 144 springs?
Before you mention Hohner in Virginia, they are not being helpful at all for the bellows I've ordered or the fingerboard. They have 1 person working part time in replacement parts. I'm not exaggerating either, there is only one person. I'd be willing to pay 15 d...

I just noticed a CD I had never seen with Wilson Savoy, Cedric Watson and Louis Michot from Lost Bayou Ramblers... That should be interesting, has anyone listened to it? What about the new Pine Leaf Boys CD? Any feedback?

Hi y'all, I've got a new baby at home. Thought I'd share a picture with you. I didn't remember how demanding a new accordion was on arm muscles... I'm doing some serious exercise here! But it is getting more flexible and sounds absolutely great... and loud....
