My Larry Miller still seems to be as air tight as when I first got it (close it together, then let it hang by the bass strap, and it slowly opens, same as when new).

I am sad to report, this morning, that Cajun drummer and vocalist, Cliff Newman, has passed away. I visited with him just a few short months ago, and he was in good health. He even sang a few songs with us. He will be sorely missed. See link #3 for obituary.

I saw on the news this morning that American Eagle is opening up jet service again from Lake Charles to Dallas. I am about a mile from the airport. You could be here in 1 1/2 hours, jam for 3 or 4 hours, then head home.

Just wondering what you folks do who do not have ready made jam sessions available to you, and worse, are somewhere where there are not a lot of cajun players.
